"You don't owe me any gifts..." Kain appreciated the thought, in his own way, but still, he didn't think he'd done anything to deserve that. Nor were there any holidays or similar excuses upcoming.

Kain took a minute to consider the offer. He had thought about just taking off for his next destination immediately after... but a slight detour back to the town couldn't hurt.
