Denzel leaned into Irvine, sniffling as he tried to stop his sobs, attempting in vain to wipe those tears away.

Once he was calmer, he pulled away, once more wiping his eyes, giving a hiccup or two. "Shin-Ra dropped the plate... My Mom and Dad... they didn't make it out in time..."
