Noah paused and sighed, shaking his head a moment later as he turned to walk away. It was tiring to think of how many times they'd lost each other, and only once had it been through death. It was sad, and it hurt, and it depressed him.

Deciding it was well past time to push the tense atmosphere away, Gabranth scooped a gloved handful of snow, packing it into a discreet ball without alerting his twin to it and swiftly turned on his heel, aiming right for Basch's head as he tossed the snowball. Yes, he was thirty-six. Yes, he was a serious-by-nature man. Yes, he was a Judge Magister. Did he care? Not in the slightest.

There was too much tension and this would perhaps relieve it. "Enough mention of losing one another. You have me now, do you not? And I've you. Thus, enough. 'Tis dull to hear you drone on." There may have been a smirk on his face. Just a small one.
