After earlier, and the fiasco that had occured, Noah was certain he needed to explain things to Quistis. She had asked him something and he hadn't been able thanks to those meddling kids, even if Larsa and Selphie were the same age, or there abouts, as Quistis. She was just that bit more adult than they were which made him understand his attraction to her. She was intelligent, which helped as well.

Striding through the ballroom, Gabranth caught sight of his date and swiped hold of her hand, being brash enough to simply lead her off towards one of the balconies in the building.
