Summary: Shelke signed up for SeeD. Tifa tries to reconcile with her.

After seeing the phone conversation between Cloud and Shelke, Tifa immediately decided to go and find her. Cloud had handled it badly - she understood why he had been so angry, but the end result was that Shelke had cut him off and the little girl was probably feeling cut off herself. At this point, Tifa really believed that she might sign up for SeeD.
And Tifa didn't want Shelke to stay in Garden thinking that she wasn't welcome back home. It made her feel terribly guilty just picturing it.
