Cecil's departure had very nearly set Rosa's world upside down. In fact, she had come to wonder how she was still upright. Rydia's arrival had been a blessing, as the summoner had practically forced her to sleep and even though she'd slept fitfully, at least she'd rested some. Something was always better than nothing.

She'd done what she could for the people of Troia, following Vayne's strategical suggestions thoroughly. Once reinforcements had arrived, the pirates had been conquered and Rosa could now rest easily. As soon as she had finished patching up those who had been injured in the subsequent battles and made sure the citizens were all right still, Rosa knew she needed to thank those who had come to her aid. Without them, she and the town of Troia would have been overrun in a matter of minutes.

So, she'd issued an order for everyone to either meet in the middle of the town or to allow her to find them. With any luck at all, those who had assisted her would allow her this one final request.

Edge made a show of looking over his uninjured body, "These guys? I would have expected more from pirates." Looking closer at Rosa, he could see that the days behind had taken a tole on his friend. Unsure if even her inner strength was enough to combat the added stress of running a kingdom alone. "I can take care of your guests if you'd like some time off."

Rosa just smiled tiredly. She couldn't hold back all the weariness from her body, but she could try anyway. "It's all right. Rydia will likely be coming soon to force me to bed." The summoner girl was so sweet sometimes, even as she pushed Rosa into taking care of herself lately. "I think the gathering is dying down and I've spoken to most of those I need to see. Rest might be in my future."

A glint in his eye, Edge turned to Rosa, "Are you that sure I haven't already sent her of to bed?" He hoped his charm would succeed in helping to removing a glint of her weariness.

"If you think I'm leaving you to the rest of the guests, you're crazy."

Rosa smiled in return. His charm had at least gotten that out of her. "She said she wouldn't rest until I did. Does this mean you're going to be sending me to bed as well?"

She was tired, but that didn't mean she wouldn't be her sweet self. To be honest, resting did sound like a very good option and things were starting to wind down... Maybe she could get away with it now.

Edge kept up his smile. "If I have to, I'll put you over my shoulder."

Rosa laughed gently as she turned to head inside finally. "You won't. I'm going. See?"

[He briefly considered following her, but thoughts of Cecil kept his feet planted.]

I'll see to your guests.

"Thank you, Edge." With a final smile and a wave, Rosa made her way inside. time to get a little rest.
