Dagger stood there for a good five minutes. She crossed her arms, uncrossed them, set her hands on her hips, tapped her toe, any number of physical cues, and all of them going unnoticed. Finally, hands clenching into fists, she stamped one foot in frustration, and finally cleared her throat.
