Penelo too stepped forward, distressed by the calm and hurt feeling she was getting from her ninja friend. She crossed to him and gently laid a hand on his shoulder. "Edge?" Not that she knew if he'd hear her or not, but at least something to let him know that she was there and worried. She glanced over her shoulder to the other and tilted her head to the side. If she knew him, then lending a supportive... well whatever he needed would be best.
