Delita casually waited around while the Queen's friends doted on her. He really was beside himself with the way her subjects groveled before her, but if he was to gain her trust he would need to play the game as well.
When he was aware that the lower citizens were beginning to monopolize the Queen's attention, he approached her with confidence.
Giving the queen the respect due her station, he bowed and responded formally, "'Tis my pleasure to at last meet the Queen of Alexandria, Your Highness."
