He shifted faintly so that she could get comfortable like that, giving her a little squeeze as she turned her head, that smile still on his face, though his eyes were narrowed as he thought about what she had said.
"But...I could go," he said, and there was actually a little bit of surprise in his voice that it hadn't just been a 'probably not'. "Because...there's so many things out there, Dagger. New towns and caves and castles and..." He actually laughed softly.
"Well, you know me." He could never resist an adventure, after all. "Hey, you could even come with me sometimes. We could make Rusty run the kingdom for a few days."
