Still shaking he still could hear the voices and the screams, but they were slowly fading into nothing. Reality was starting to come together as he looked up and saw that someone was hugging him. Irvine looked around and saw nothing, no bodies, no flames, nothing but him and Denzel.
He looked at the boy, a little nervous and asked, "Did-Did any of that happen? A-Are they, are they all okay?" he was still a bit shocked but he was a little bit more calm than he was before.
