Many curious onlookers had already gathered on the outskirts of South Figaro to watch Galbadia Garden's arrival. It was one thing to hear about the flying academy, another thing to actually see it. For her part, Rinoa was excited to explore a new location. She hoped to see Locke, do some shopping and sightseeing, maybe even catch a glimpse of the king.

So Rinoa could be found at the Garden gate about to go out, then wandering the streets of Figaro, and later saddling a chocobo to go and visit the castle. One thing was for sure, she wasn't staying in.

"Well, it looked like the orphanage. But like I said, it was gone when I tried to look again. Probably my mind playing tricks on me..." But it was strange that Rinoa seemed to be seeing things as well-- did Gaia have something up its sleeve?

Rinoa sat up straighter, intrigued. "But it couldn't have been a mirage, not in Figaro. Maybe it was just your mind playing tricks..."

Dropping her hand from Rinoa's head, Quistis moved to tuck several strands of blond locks behind an ear as she thought over what she had saw earlier in the day.

"Yeah, you're probably right-- it might have been a flash of the memories I've lost, or something. Or maybe I'm subconsciously getting homesick." There was a small sigh as she thought back to their home world.

Rinoa shrugged. She had been over-thinking their situation enough without adding visions to the tally. Taking a deep breath, she stood up, and Angelo got up too, eager to move.

"Yeah, maybe. Well, I'm going back inside. Coming?"

Giving Rinoa a small nod, Quistis followed suit and stood up. The walk around Figaro had done her some good, but there was still work to be done inside Garden.

"Yeah."

As she began to walk towards the school, Quistis figured a lighter subject might be a proper topic for conversation. "Have you been working on the Garden Festival with Selphie? How's that coming along?"

Rinoa fell into step with her. "Pretty good! We're still in the planning stage, but Selphie has so many amazing ideas. She's great at this stuff. Hey, is that an offer to help, Quistis?"

She glanced at Quistis slyly, a teasing look in her eyes.

Quistis knew it had been a mistake to bring the subject up. Thankfully, she had other plans later in the week that would give her a free pass from getting wrangled into Garden Festival preparation.

"Oh, I'd help it I could, but Irvine and I are due out to a mission later this week." Quistis gave Rinoa an apologetic smile, though inwardly she was grateful for Larsa's request for aid.

"Oh, yeah, that comes first." Rinoa smiled. "Squall would kill me if he thought we were distracting you from proper SeeD duties."
