Getting back into Wutai wasn't an easy matter. With the riots, Yuffie had to manage to get in the back way. She still wasn't happy about this. She thought she was doing a good job! She had been helping rebuild, trying to do all she could. Her going to Lindblum must have been seen as abandonment by some. She wanted to fix things, and she wanted to fix them right.

And if her people wanted Sephiroth, she would give them the General. So, she waited inside the Pagoda, pacing back and forth. She was trying to figure out a way to quell the masses before the General and his friends got her. She was going to have a hard time explaining the riots to everyone else on Gaia, especially the world leaders.
