[Even in a castle, there were only a couple of places where a meeting of such a size could be held - and Edgar bowed to that fact, ordering tables brought into Figaro's throne room at the top of the palace. The throne itself was left unused for this meeting; there would be no one person above any. Instead, chairs lined the tables, with stacks of paper and writing utensils piled on each for anyone who wanted to take notes. With such important topics to discuss, there would undoubtedly be much to remember, either through paper notes or with the Sky Phone's recording functions.]

[Once everyone had settled, and the cups and pitchers of water had been distributed around, Edgar stood, clearing his throat unobtrusively before he began to speak.]

Everyone, thank you for coming to this gathering today, if no one has said it before, let me say it now: the reason Gaia has survived, and will continue to survive, is because of the courage we see displayed in this world. All of us, whether native or Sky Person, desire peace and an ending to these conflicts, and together we will achieve it. No villain from any world shall escape us, and we will make right the wrongs that have been perpetrated on the innocents. We are their guardians and protectors; we will fight to ensure they are able to continue their lives in peace. I thank each and every one of you for your efforts to further that cause, no matter what is necessary.

Now, we have several topics to discuss today, all of which have to do with threats from both Gaia and other worlds that have crossed over. By sharing our knowledge, we can hope to build a better worldwide defense than we currently possess, hopefully leading to a swift resolution of our problems. Please, don't hesitate to share any information you can - our maximum effectiveness can only be achieved by being forthcoming and willing to help the entire world. And now, we begin.
