[Thread, Log - Irvine and Brother's Rescue Rangers!]

Characters: Irvine, Brother, and the people they rescue!
Progress: Ongoing!
Summary: Irvine and Brother are going to go rescue people in the airship. First Yuna, then Selphie and Balthier, then Rikku, then Fran...if she wants.
Location: Mist and Outer Continent Locations, also the newly appointed Celsius II
Date: November, 1803
Warnings: Not sure if this counts as a warning, but there will be multiple threads. If any of you are traveling with the aforementioned people above, you can jump in, either to cause drama or help the cause! Other than that, have some Brother doing something with Yuna, and Irvine being all happy to see Selphie.

The sky.

Something Irvine loved to look at, just to forget his troubles. When he rode in an airship like the Ragnarok, he couldn't believe the way he was so close to them. Now here in this world he's back amongst them, seeing the world from a high view. He saw the little things that were different from back home. Not the landmarks or the sights...but the clouds and the sky itself. It was...different, but familiar. When Brother was flying the ship, they had a rocky start, but now just looking out, seeing the new world he was in. He felt a sense of calm and relaxation, that gave him that inner peace.

He looked over at Brother and stated, "Alright, buddy, first things first, let's go find that girl of yours!"

The duo were on their way to pick up yet another set of pilots. Brother hoped that all were healthy there as they were running out of room for injured people. As excited as he was to go pick up Rikku, one look at Selphie reminded him that calm would not describe his airship as well.

Spotting some Al Bhed near the city, he resisted the urge to loop the ship in for a landing, hoping that the sedate landing would not injure Yuna or Cecil further.

Rikku is seated on a pile of junk near the northern edge of the city, a leather bag open on the ground in front of her as she continues fiddling with the junk she had gathered up earlier. She has a half-finished tiny robot in her hands, that looks to be about eight inches tall.

The airship noise tugged her gaze away from her project, and she grinned at waved to get Zack's attention. "They're here!"

Irvine looked out the windows to see a small figure waving her hands around. He turned to Brother and stated, "I think I see them...they look okay." Again, he headed to the back of the ship to work on opening the doors to the airship.

Brother seeing his sister smiled broadly, "It's Rikku!"

Still not trusting Gabranth very far with Yuna, he rushed to the door shouting, "Rikku! Yuna need your help!" His eyes caught the cool machina in her hands, but his interest in those would not sidetrack him from Yuna's health and safety.

Rikku isn't quite as thrilled to see her brother. Not to say she's unhappy to see him, exactly, just that he's Brother. With everything that entails.

"Yunie's on board?" Rikku seems rather stunned, and she turns to Zack quickly. "I'll see you on board!" A quick second to stuff her things into the bag she had and then she leapt up onto the ship the moment it landed, with a shouted 'hello' to Irvine as she ran along the deck...slid to a stop and turned back.

"Where is she?"

This was the second time a bundle of energy was running to him. But she didn't hug him, which was a bit of a let down. When she asked him, Irvine gave a small sigh and replied, "She's in the back with Cecil another injured member of our group. She's in good hands a guy in armor is at her side."

Zack had looked up, and remained a bit less excited than Rikku, though from his wild grin, he was glad for the prospect of becoming airborn. "Awesome! I'll be on soon enough." he rolled his shoulders as he stood, hopping up onto the ramp and striding onto the airship. He moved with a fluid grace, every bit dangerous yet welcoming by his stance and smile, and the man nodded to Irvine.

"Guess y'know who th'blonde kid is, eh?" he watched Rikku dashing around with a chuckle, then shook his head, "Name's Zack Fair. Nice t'meetcha both.." his sentence trailed off, as he didn't know Irvine or Brother's names. This Cecil, and Yuna, were also mysteries.

Tailing Rikku to her destination, "Rikku need to look after Yuna, while I take pilots back to Lindblum."

Rikku didn't really slow down at Brother's shout, except to half-twist around and yell back. ""Ra'c bnupypmo zicd funneat ypuid ran!" Before she darted off into the ship in search of her friend.

Irvine saw Brother tail the girl, then focused his attention to Zack and stated, "Irvine Kinneas, SeeD, nice to meet you Zack." He extended his hand out and replied, "The man who's following your blonde friend there is Brother, I think they know each other."

Irvine shut the door, then called out on the intercom, "Brother, I know you have some priorities and stuff, but I think we better head to Lindblum quickly so we can get Yuna and Cecil some help." He turned to Zack and replied, "I suggest buckling up and placing all chairs and tray tables in their upright positions." Irvine then motioned to the door and stated, "Exits are here...and just here!" He then headed to the bridge and started to strap himself into the co-pilot chair.
