Characters: Rydia and Edge
Progress: Ongoing
Summary: Reunion time
Location: Alexandria
Date: Late May, 1803
Warnings: Bed theft. Rydia and Edge. Edge, mostly.
Upon arriving at Alexandria for the first time in several weeks, Rydia made a beeline for the inn. If she was right, most of her friends were still there and truth be told, she was exhausted. Ever since finishing that last hunt with Locke, she had been traveling pretty much nonstop and as much as she enjoyed that, it did have a way of wearing on the body.
Still, she would remain awake enough for one thing. Given that Edge had sense enough to apologize and not perpetuate his silly grudge over that non-marriage, she decided it was worthwhile to speak to him again. And truth be told, she had missed him. Locke and Luneth and Refia were all fun people, but they weren't a certain ninja who was annoying and endearing in equal measure.
Checking with the inn clerk confirmed that Edge was still in the same room as before, so Rydia just headed up and knocked. No answer. "...Edge?" Still nothing. She opened the door and peered around to an empty room. Slightly disappointed, Rydia contemplated contacting him on the device but decided against it. Rest was growing more and more tempting, and she didn't see the point of waiting up to become sleep-deprived and snappish. He would just have to wait.
And that's how she came to be sprawled out on Edge's bed, boots kicked out across the room and long sleeves draped over a chair. The only movement was her soft breathing, as she was for all intents an purposes dead to the world. The image was not dissimilar to the one she had inadvertently transmitted to others. At least now her device was across the room and safe from tampering.

She was in his bed being all girl-like and putting her girly bits all over his bed. And though a second look confirmed that the girl in question was Rydia, that somehow didn't make it easier to handle."You coulda knocked or something."

Once I talk to a summoner friend here, I want to head to where I know Ramuh is located. Maybe he'll be able to help me, once I'm there. Besides, I've seen all of Alexandria that I wish, at least for now."
