Characters: Squall, the SeeDs, idk Open?
Progress: Incomplete
Summary: Squall shows up again. Injured. People are to the rescue!
Location: Figaro to start.
Date: March 16th
Warnings: Blood. :| Angst.
[Somewhere along the way, Squall was counting off not only his breaths, but oddly the little facts of blood loss as a whole. He's pretty sure the ice is going to be an issue, but he can't really get his mind to focus on the outside of that fact that it was wet, it was cold in spite of the terrain, and it hurt. Too much distracting, and he'd lose it.
Dying was the last thing Squall wanted. The very last thing-- that subconscious fear, of people talking about him as if he were gone, hadn't mattered.
Far from the truth, of course.
He was vaguely aware of something going on in his field of vision, and far-off sound, the fact that his arm felt dead... And that was about it.]

Date: 2010-03-17 04:28 am (UTC)Rasler... [Not that he means to murmur. Just a little hard to talk right now.]

Date: 2010-03-17 05:16 am (UTC)Moving his body was probably a bad idea. There was a little detail he was realizing a little distinctly-- the ice had been blocking it, melting meant... well, bleeding out. His entire back was soaked.
Well. That's not good, either.]
Through.

Date: 2010-03-17 08:03 pm (UTC)Squall?
[She starts running. She'll find him no matter what. And when she does... Oh, he doesn't look good. Horrified, Rinoa rushes up to Squall and kneels down beside him.]
Can anyone use white magic?

Date: 2010-03-18 01:14 am (UTC)Hang on Squall!
[Rushes over with the bottles]

Date: 2010-03-18 02:25 am (UTC)If there aren't any White Mages, we'll have to try and fix the wound through traditional methods. Dr. Kadowaki taught me basic field surgery, but an actual healer would do a much better job at fixing up the injuries...

Date: 2010-03-19 02:52 am (UTC)[There's a growl-- both annoyance and pain. Squall doesn't yet understand why they're surrounding him like that, instead of just issuing out a field medic. Funny thing about mending wounds around ice.
It tends to be peevishly irritating.
Well, if they're going to do the job-- he grips the ice. Rasler pushing him up gives enough determination. Enough strength to pull it out, so the back can heal. There's a sickening splintering sound, and an interesting enough of a hole.
Squall's actually rather glad it didn't take his arm off, again ticking off the number of biological issues underneath everything else. For focus.]

Squall, talk to me. You're gonna be fine, okay? You'll be okay.

Date: 2010-03-19 09:53 pm (UTC)Here, this should help.
[Looks at Rasler] Thank you, sir.
[Looks at Quistis] Alright what should we do? Move him or heal him here...or...
[Little panicky]

Date: 2010-03-20 12:24 am (UTC)No, his injuries are too severe. If we try to move him now, we'd risk further complications.
[Quistis gives Rasler a small nod of thanks before digging through her bag, handing Irvine and Rinoa a couple of potions. She then retrieves a pair of latex gloves, pulling them on.]
I'm afraid we're going to have to do this manually, especially if there are any internal injuries... The ice could have punctured an organ. Squall, I'm going to have to have someone cast a Sleep spell on you so you won't have to deal with the pain.
[The glances up at Selphie and Rinoa.]
Are either of you able to cast a Sleep on him?

Date: 2010-03-20 01:48 am (UTC)[It's said more firmly than Squall can remember ever saying anything. Or at least he thinks. But he frightens him, the thought of losing consciousness without his control. Without being able to tell himself to do it.
He'd rather have the pain. Rather have something to grasp onto.
Proof he was alive as crazy as it sounded.
A breath, and trying to relent on the clenching in his chest that had little to do with any pain:]
No.

Date: 2010-03-22 06:29 pm (UTC)If he doesn't want to, he doesn't want to. Can we pick him up?

Date: 2010-03-23 01:39 am (UTC)Quistis...I say do whatever you think is right and best for Squall.

Date: 2010-03-25 10:05 pm (UTC)Alright. We won't have anyone cast sleep.
[She looks up at Rasler, and gives him a nod to accept his offer.]
Thank you, we appreciate your help. It'd be best if we can get him onto the Ragnarok. We need to get him to someone who can heal his injuries, though-- we have no healers on Garden. Do you know anyone who could help us?

Date: 2010-03-27 09:05 pm (UTC)[Really, they just need to transport him like Rasler said. Rinoa looks at Rasler and Irvine expectantly.]

Date: 2010-03-28 02:58 pm (UTC)I think I speak for all of us when I say, the last thing we need is someone else being hurt because of this.
