Characters: Genesis Rhapsodos, Vincent Valentine, Aerith Gainsborough, Cloud Strife, Angeal Hewley and Sephiroth No-Last-Name who is actually dead unconscious.
Progress: Ongoing
Summary: After this, and Gen's call for help has finally been answered.
Location: Wutai
Date: February
Warnings: Blood?
Genesis had gone through probably all the towels this place had before the wound finally stopped bleeding enough for him to get the towels sent off to be washed and used again. Once that had happened he had stripped the General out of his jacket and SOLDIER belt, and got him onto the bed, stomach down. What was worrying the most was that Sephiroth didn't wake up at all. He was stuck in unconsciousness so deep that, if it weren't for the subtle breathing, the redhead would have thought the man dead. And that wasn't something Genesis was willing to believe just yet.
He wasn't sure how much time has passed but even the wing was cleaned and stretched out, laying along Genesis' bed that he pushed over. The wound was a nasty one, not worse than Angeal's or his own had been. But both of them had not bled this much. Genesis had bled a fair amount more than Angeal, probably due to his degradation, but that too, eventually closed. With the help of Hollander anyway. Sephiroth, however, was the perfect subject. So why wasn't the JENOVA cells doing their job? It was both confusing and intriguing. Sephiroth showed no signs of degradation, so what was going on?
So far, Genesis himself felt nothing wrong other than generally being tired. But he had chalked that up to being woken up at night from Sephiroth's constant nightmares and general running around.
Damn it, where were they?!

Date: 2010-02-25 11:52 pm (UTC)Yet he did not step forward, for a moment filled with doubt. Sephiroth had gained his wing, and fallen unconscious. He was certainly hurt by it, since there had been blood everywhere even when Genesis had posted asking for assistance. Who knew what Sephiroth would be like when he awoke from this? There was a large chance that he would be insane once he recovered from this. He had been told of his true origins, of his mother, but that might have only been a catalyst for this insanity. Vincent might have caused the very thing he had been trying to prevent. That thought was enough to make him hesitate.
Finally, he simply stepped forward and knocked on the doorframe with the gauntleted hand. “I brought the potions with me,” he told Genesis, for the moment overlooking both Cloud and Aerith.
